Sharing your financial resources with NCK Technical College is an expression of benevolence and devotion to the continuation of higher education involving individuals of all walks of life.
NCK Tech’s Endowment Association and Foundation enables the College to provide current programs with the necessary materials, buildings, and equipment to train individuals to be successful and productive.
About the Foundation
The NCK Tech Endowment Association and Foundation was established in 1992 as a not-for-profit corporation. It is a 501(c)(3) organization under the rules of the Internal Revenue Service and the State of Kansas.
A Board of Directors of not less than 15 members, four of which are ex-officio (College President, Dean of Administrative Services, President of Faculty Association and President of Student Senate), oversees Foundation activities and sets policy.
Members of the Board are elected for three-year terms; officers are elected for one-year terms. Members serve on committees, which meet between regularly scheduled meetings. Committees include: Alumni, Business and Industry, Capital Outlay and Scholarship. The Foundation is audited annually and tax returns are filed with the Internal Revenue Service and the Secretary of State of Kansas. The Foundation publishes an annual report, which is available upon request.
Our Board of Directors oversees Foundation activities and sets policy. The Foundation also has a Director of Advancement who oversees the daily activities of the Foundation.
“The NCK Tech Foundation helps the College acquire and manage financial contributions, gifts and grants to preserve the unique educational experience NCK Tech provides. I look forward to working with you to advance our students, our programs and our institution into the future!”

Current Board Members
The NCK Tech Foundation has been challenged by the Dane G. Hansen Foundation to grow our endowment fund, which in turn will grow our Foundation for the future needs of our students and programs. Donations received in 2023 will be matched by the Hansen Foundation 1:1 (up to $150,000) and the matching dollars will be invested in our Action Fund for the Future! We thank the Hansen Foundation for their generous donation and investment in our students, programs and Foundation! If you are interested in donating to help us meet our goal, please contact Mendi Anschutz, Director of Advancement at 785-738-9090 or email@example.com.
Every autumn we honor donors who have established Scholarships with our Foundation. At our Scholarship Receptions, donors are able to meet the students who receive their scholarships as we honor those students who are awarded these scholarships to help further their education. We host a reception at both our Beloit and Hays Campuses. A personal invitation to donors is delivered in early September.
Giving OptionsNorth Central Kansas Technical College believes that there exists a core of valuable learning experiences common to all students independent of their occupation or profession. Our General Education courses are offered at both of our campuses.
NCK Tech has been the beneficiary of numerous financial gifts, including scholarships, land donations and building improvements.
We are accepting contributions for scholarships, naming rights to buildings, classroom or lab space, or meeting rooms.
